The room was clean and properly furnished, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a properly enclosed shower stall and a tub as well, all bathroom amenities were provided (soap, dental kit, etc). There was a minibar as well, although we didn't use anything from it. 2 small bottles of water were provided free of charge and they kindly provided us with 2 more. Our room was on level 7 and east facing, with a good view of the rising sun the following morning, which we appreciated. The AC in the room worked well. The staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was included and was decent. They also provide eggs on demand (omelette, fried eggs, etc). The location is excellent, steps away from Dadar Railway station. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean great hotel. There were always staff around any time of night. They were super friendly and even went to the train station with us and our bags to help us get on our next train after our stay. Big deep bathtubs, nice hot water. This was the perfect choice for our first stay in India, right after our international flight. After this we went for more budget options. But we really enjoyed our stay here. And the breakfast was really good too, a whole buffet of options.

Hotel location was excellent and its value for money. I didnot like the mattress but it’s okie for 1/2 days. Hotels comes with 3 restaurant and u can choose whatever u like. If someone is looking to save money I would definitely recommend this. For mainly with kids it’s also good but not beyond 2 nights due to mattress quality. Personally I always use Kingmoil mattress so no comparison with that.

Had such a great stay here – super happy with everything! The staff was really friendly and made me feel at home. Room was clean, cozy, and just what I needed. Loved how quick they were with any help I needed. Definitely coming back next time!

Great location, very close to the Dadar Railway station, hotel staff was great. They have three restaurants on the property which are all excellent and few other cafes nearby, walking distance. Mr. Kamal @travel desk helped us get office supplies promptly, also gave good suggestions for nearby places and made travel arrangements for us. Enjoyed the stay!

Excellent friendly staff and service, 24h help desk meant flexible with arrivals/departures. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Excellent connections to great restaurants and walking distance from Dadar station.

Breakfast was good. But variety could have been added in the breakfast. Parathas were very cold. Despite telling them, even the next serving was also very cold.

Location - convenient to the rail station without being too close. Facilities - good restaurant, small gym and rooftop pool. Staff - very helpful and polite. Always willing to assist.
